Membrane flip plate filter
The main difference between the diaphragm flip-plate filter press and the ordinary box filter press is that two elastic membranes are installed on both sides of membrane plate. During operation, high-pressure fluid medium can be injected into the diaphragm plate. When the filter cake fills the entire filtration chamber, the equipment stops filtering and then expands the filler (such as water or gas) into the filter plate. At this time, the entire diaphragm will bulge, and the pressure will act on filter cake. As the pressure continues to increase, the liquid that can penetrate the filter cloth in the filter cake will be pressed out, so as to achieve the second dehydration of filter cake, making the water content of the filter cake lower.
The receiving tray under the filter press is an important part of the filter press, which can be divided into mechanical receiving tray and hydraulic receiving tray. Its structure be divided into: mechanical transmission part, main frame, stainless steel/PP carbon steel panel. In operation, it can collect the liquid that seeps from the lower part of the plate, ensure the cleanliness under the machine, and avoid the secondary pollution of solid materials. When unloading the filter cake, it can also play the role of a mud guard
The working principle of the automatic liquid-receiving flip plate: The automatic liquid-receiving flip plate is composed of an upper flip plate surface and a lower flip plate surface. During the filtration process (you can adjust this according to the actual situation), the two flip plate surfaces will interlock with each other to minimize liquid loss. When it comes to unloading the filter cake, the two plates will
be opened under the action of the guide rod and remain in an obliquely parallel state.
The filter press is applied to sludge and wastewater treatment, and the moisture content of the filter cake is minimized to less than 30%. Compared the traditional box filter press, the solid content of the filter cake can be increased by more than 2 times, the transportation cost of the filter cake is greatly reduced, and the cake can be directly burned in the power plant, truly turning sludge into resources and wastewater into spring water.
