It is suitable for materials that are easy to dewater and high-frequency work, with the most significant features being its compact structure, stable performance, high efficiency, and low operating cost. The efficiency of the plate-pulling process is by 3-6 times, and it has significant advantages for equipment with a large number of filter plates and high work frequency.
The box-type structure of this filter press is composed of multiple filter plates, forming filter chambers between the plates, with a total area of up 500 square meters, providing ample space for large-scale solid-liquid separation. The clear flow design allows for a clear path of the filtrate, making it for operators to directly observe the status of the filtrate, such as flow rate and clarity, to judge the progress and effect of filtration. The automatic platen pulling device is to enhancing work efficiency.
