Product Description

The program automatic coal washing filter press is a filtering equipment in which the filter chamber is formed by arranging filter plates. It is operated by a microcomputer PLC controller and can realize multiple functions such as filter plate pressing, liquid collecting plate merging and opening, filter plate loosening, filter plate pulling out and water washing. The plate pulling motor adopts a low-energy consumption, low-power variable frequency motor to ensure energy saving and environmental protection. The variable frequency motor provides a wide speed adjustment range from 20Hz to 60Hz, making the speed and tension adjustable. In addition, a remote control interface is provided to realize automated remote operation.
The filter frame, including the pressing plate and the pushing plate, is welded with high-quality Q345B steel plate, and the welding process is CO shielded welding. Rust and oxide scale are removed by high-speed centrifugal sandblasting. The frame coated with epoxy iron red primer has the best adhesion and corrosion resistance, high hardness, excellent tensile strength and strong impact resistance. After the overpressure test, a safety factor of 2.2 times is ensured to ensure safety and stability. The main beam adopts high-quality Q345B channel steel or H-shaped steel, with a reasonably designed welding structure and processed by automatic welding technology. This ensures that the stability of the structure meets the requirements of high-pressure filter plates and completely eliminates the problem of main beam deformation.
The high-efficiency and energy-saving filter press is based on the automatic plate pulling filter press, with the addition of a replacement manipulator, a lengthened oil cylinder, and an increased interval, so that multiple filter plates can be pulled open at one time for unloading. It is suitable for materials that are easy to dehydrate and work in high-frequency industries. The most notable features are compact structure, stable performance, high efficiency, and low operating costs. The plate pulling efficiency is increased by 3-6 times, which has significant advantages for equipment with a large number of filter plates and a high working frequency.
The equipment has an automatic pressure holding function to ensure constant pressure during the filtration process and improve.
