Automatic diaphragm filter press

The filter press base, pressing plate and thrust plate are made of high-quality Q345B steel plate, which is welded by carbon dioxide shielded welding, and rust and scale are eliminated by high-speed centrifugal shot blasting. After being sprayed with epoxy micaceous iron primer, it has the best adhesion. It has the advantages of corrosion resistance, high hardness, high tensile strength and good impact resistance. After overpressure test, the safety factor is 2.2 times, which can ensure safe and stable use. The main beam is made of Q345B high-quality channel steel /H-beam, which is made by reasonable welding structure design and automatic welding process, which can ensure the safety and stability of use, meet the requirements of high-pressure filter plate and completely solve the problem of deformation of the main beam of filter press.
