Product Description

A program-controlled automatic box filter is a pressure filter device consisting of a filter chamber formed by arranging filter plates, with the filter chamber being composed of two adjacented filter plates, and the filter cloth being fixed on each filter plate. Under the action of the pressure of the feed pump, the material liquid is sent into the filter chamber, the solid and liquid are separated through the filter cloth, forming a filter cake. The filtrate then passes through the filter cloth and flows out through the lower liquid hole channel the filter plate groove.
The program-controlled automatic filter press is controlled by a microcomputer PLC controller, which can perform various operations on the filter press (such as filter plate, collection plate merging and opening, loosening filter plates, pulling filter plates, water flushing, etc.). The puller motor uses a low-energy small power frequency speed regulation motor, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The transmission torque is increased through the speed reduction motor. The speed regulation range of the frequency conversion motor is wide and it can be adjusted arbitrarily between 20HZ and 60HZ. The speed and traction can be adjusted. In addition, a remote control interface is reserved which can be remotely operated and controlled automatically. It is suitable for materials that are easy to dehydrate and work efficiently. The most significant features are compact structure, stable performance, high, and low operating cost.
Filter press base, pressing plate, thrust plate, made of high-quality Q345B steel plate, welded into shape with carbon dioxide protection, and rust and scale removed by high-speed centrifugal shot blasting. After spraying epoxy iron primer, it has the best adhesion. It has the advantages corrosion resistance, high hardness, high tensile strength, and good impact resistance. After the ultra-pressure test, the safety factor reaches 2.2 times, which can ensure and stable use. The main beam is made of high-quality Q345B quality channel steel/H-shaped steel, with reasonable welding structure design and automatic welding, which can ensure safe and stable use, meet the use requirements of high-pressure filter plate, and thoroughly solve the deformation problem of the main beam of the filter press
