Product Description

The automatic sludge filter press is a filtering device that forms a filter chamber by arranging filter plates. Each filter chamber is formed by two adjacent concave filter plates, and a filter cloth is fixed on each plate. Under the pressure of the feed pump, the feed liquid is fed into the filter chamber, and the solid and liquid are separated by the filter cloth to form a filter cake. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth and flows along the groove of the filter plate into the liquid discharge channel at the bottom for drainage.
The equipment has an automatic pressure maintenance function to ensure constant pressure during the filtration process and improve. In addition, it also provides convenient filter cloth replacement, high filtration efficiency, excellent filtration results and durable filter plates.
