The transmission torque is increased through the reducing motor. The frequency conversion motor has a wide range of speed regulation, which can be adjusted arbitrarily between 20HZ-60HZ, gear chain transmission,ying chain driving, mechanical hand pull plate; the automatic pull plate filter press adopts PLC control, which can perform various operations on the filter press (such as filter plate cl, loosening the filter plate, pulling the filter plate), and can automatically operate the control; the main functions include: automatic clamping and loosening, automatic high pressure un, automatic pressure maintaining, automatic pressure supplementing, automatic pull plate, automatic cake discharge, pause, automatic operation, etc. The whole process control can be automatically controlled by the program can be manually operated.
The action process mainly includes: first start the hydraulic system, pressurize the filter press, and automatically stop when the pressure rises to the set pressure. open the feed pump and the feed pipeline valve, and inject the slurry into the filter press. Filter through the filter cloth, the material residue is retained in the filter press and the filtrate flows into the clear water tank through the dark or bright outflow pipe. When the filter press is full of filter cake, the feed pump stops, and the on the feed pipeline is closed. Then loosen the filter press pressure plate, and the pressure plate stops at the limit position. After the filter cake is discharged, the pressure system started again, and the filter press is pressed. After the filter plate is pressed, the second feeding operation is carried out.
